Cash on Delivery &amp; Parcel Checking<\/h3><p data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1429\">We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.<\/p><p data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1671\">Where the courier service allows open-parcel checking, customers may check the parcel at the time of delivery. Returns &amp; Exchanges<\/h3><p data-start=\"1788\" data-end=\"1891\">Bin Yasen offers a <strong data-start=\"1807\" data-end=\"1844\">16-day return and exchange policy<\/strong> for products that have an issue from our side.<\/p><p data-start=\"1893\" data-end=\"1945\">A product may be eligible for return or exchange if:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"2119\"><li data-section-id=\"e2zh5f\" data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"1985\">The product is defective or damaged.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1skbk7y\" data-start=\"1986\" data-end=\"2015\">The wrong product was sent.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"dl46ia\" data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2065\">The product does not match the product ordered.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"w8r2et\" data-start=\"2066\" data-end=\"2119\">The product has an issue attributable to Bin Yasen.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2266\">Customers must contact us within <strong data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2188\">16 days of receiving the order<\/strong> and provide order details and photographs\/videos of the issue when requested.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"3491x8\" data-start=\"2268\" data-end=\"2312\">6. Customer-Initiated Return or Exchange<\/h3><p data-start=\"2313\" data-end=\"2395\">If the product is correct and there is an issue from the customer&#8217;s side, such as:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2397\" data-end=\"2496\"><li data-section-id=\"az40eh\" data-start=\"2397\" data-end=\"2413\">Change of mind<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1mxjemj\" data-start=\"2414\" data-end=\"2431\">Wrong selection<\/li><li data-section-id=\"ermjfv\" data-start=\"2432\" data-end=\"2453\">Personal preference<\/li><li data-section-id=\"16p1r00\" data-start=\"2454\" data-end=\"2496\">Any other reason not caused by Bin Yasen<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2587\">The customer must inform us and <strong data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2586\">send the parcel back within 24 hours of receiving it<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2670\">In such cases, <strong data-start=\"2604\" data-end=\"2669\">return\/exchange delivery charges will be paid by the customer<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2672\" data-end=\"2799\">The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, labels, accessories, and other included items.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"o3tux1\" data-start=\"2801\" data-end=\"2837\">7.
