Welcome to Bin Yasen. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Product Information

Bin Yasen offers a range of perfumes, attars, Islamic caps, watches, wallets, digital counters, and other selected products.

We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, prices, sizes, and colors on our website. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer
• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• Other payment methods available at checkout

For eligible COD orders, customers may be required to pay the applicable delivery charges in advance.

3. Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charges are:

• Orders below Rs. 2,999: Delivery Charges Rs. 250
• Orders of Rs. 2,999 or above: FREE DELIVERY

Delivery charges may be subject to change depending on location, courier service, or special delivery requirements.

4. Cash on Delivery & Parcel Checking

We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.

Where the courier service allows open-parcel checking, customers may check the parcel at the time of delivery. Customers are requested to carefully check the product before accepting the parcel whenever an open-parcel facility is available.

If you notice an issue with the product, please contact Bin Yasen as soon as possible.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Bin Yasen offers a 16-day return and exchange policy for products that have an issue from our side.

A product may be eligible for return or exchange if:

• The product is defective or damaged.
• The wrong product was sent.
• The product does not match the product ordered.
• The product has an issue attributable to Bin Yasen.

Customers must contact us within 16 days of receiving the order and provide order details and photographs/videos of the issue when requested.

6. Customer-Initiated Return or Exchange

If the product is correct and there is an issue from the customer’s side, such as:

• Change of mind
• Wrong selection
• Personal preference
• Any other reason not caused by Bin Yasen

The customer must inform us and send the parcel back within 24 hours of receiving it.

In such cases, return/exchange delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, labels, accessories, and other included items.

7. Product Condition for Returns

Products must be returned in their original condition.

We may not accept a return or exchange if:

• The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
• The product has been altered or tampered with.
• Original packaging, labels, accessories, or other included items are missing.
• The return request is made outside the specified time period.

8. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and personal-use considerations, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange after being opened or used, including certain perfumes, attars, and personal-use products.

Please contact us before opening or using the product if you are unsure about its return eligibility.

9. Refund Policy

Where a return is approved, Bin Yasen may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Refunds are not automatically available for every return request. Each case will be reviewed according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

10. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

11. Order Confirmation

Bin Yasen may contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm their order and delivery details.

Orders with incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable information may be delayed or cancelled.

12. Privacy

We respect your privacy and take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect and use customer information.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Bin Yasen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
